Our system is a true Light Gauge Steel framing system
At the heart of every steel frame and truss is the most technologically advanced method of engineering. All components of the frames and trusses are engineered to the exact dimensions by a fully computerized design and integrated manufacturing system.
This means, that every wall is straight, square and true, resulting in a faster and easier house construction with simpler installation of services and a better fit for doors and windows.
With the total manufacturing control you will find an exceptional level of quality in all wall frames, floor joists and trusses.
We use hight tensile G550 steel. This steel has a tensile and yield strength of 550 Mpa.
Nearly all other systems use mild steel of 300 - 350 Mpa. This means you need much more steel to achieve the required load bearing capacity and the structure will be much heavier.
The G550 material has a ZincalumeŽ coating.
Zincalume is an alloy of zinc and aluminium.
Drilling and cutting of the steel material damages the coating.
ZincalumeŽ will repair these damages through galvanic action.
Material used in nearly all other systems is only galvanized, which does not provide the additional protection of ZincalumeŽ.
Our system is a complete structural system
- Once the steel frame structure has been erected in accordance with the specifications and recommendations the house can be finished with virtually any material available on the local market.
- A lot of other systems, especially from America, require the external walls and roof to be sheeted with OSB or other structural sheeting to provide the necessary shear strength and bracing capacity.
- Not so with our system. With our system the bracing is fully engineered and incorporated in the walls with K-braces. (see below)
- This saves material, labour and time and eliminates guesswork on site.
Our system is a fast, economical and a proven building system
The software has been created 10 years ago and has been refined and improved into one of the most technologically advanced engineering systems for Light Gauge Steel frame building system with complete truss- and floor system.
Profiles and dimensions
- The system uses only 2 profiles: stud and plate profile.
- All members are cut to the exact length.
Service lines
- Holes for bolts, screws and service lines are pre-punched (see picture below).
Numbering/identification
- Each steel member has a number printed on it, in accordance with the assembling and erection plans, for easy and fast assembling and construction (see picture below).
Only unskilled or semi skilled labour required.
Supply includes:
- All fasteners for assembling and erection.

- Engineer's certificate
Two men can erect a single storey house in 3 days.
A house can be occupied in 2 - 3 months
