Manufacturing
The building plans are detailed using the computer software to generate all the data for the roll forming machines:
- The exact length of each steel member.
- The exact locations of the holes to be punched.
- The numbering of the steel members
The software generates also:
- Assembling plans for walls, trusses and floor joists.
- Construction floor plans and roof plan.
This makes assembling easy. No special tools or jigs required. No welding no clinging.
Because the production is an integrated process, the roll forming machine operator needs only to type in a job number and the production starts.
The computer on the roll former indicates, what steel members are in the process of production.
An inkjet printer on the roll forming machine print a number on each steel member in accordance with the assembling and production plans.
This technology ensures, that each that each wall, truss, joist will be manufactured to the exact dimensions.
Two men can assemble a single storey house in three days.
