Construction

The assembled walls and trusses will be delivered to the building site.

The walls have to be set out on the concrete slab like with other building methods.

Two men can erect a 200 m2 house in three days.

They stand up the walls. Screw the together in the prescribed manner and fix them to the slab in accordance with the Erection Manual. The holes are already pre-punched for the exact locations.

Trusses to be placed and bolted to the top plates of the walls. Also here holes for the bolts are already pre-punched for the locations.

Follow the explanations and instructions in the Erection Manual.

When the frames and trusses are in place:

The roof can be covered.
The plumber can install his pipes and hoses.
The windows can be placed (depending on the preferences of the window supplier).
The electrician can do the wiring.
The walls can be sheeted.

An average house can be occupied in 2 - 3 months.

For sheeting external and internal walls nearly all material locally available can be used, because the steel frame work is the actual structural part of the project.
